Ana of Shell’em Seafood Co. is bringing us one last haul for the season and POPPING UP at THE BREWERY Sunday, February 28th. Pre-order bags of 25 or 50 “Shell’em Selects” raw, ready to clean and shuck oysters, harvested from Masonboro Island, outside of Wilmington, NC. These bi-vales are harvested with sustainability in mind, only harvesting per-order rather than volume. So these oysters are going to be FRESH y’all!
Chef Daniel Wheeler of Fine & Fettle is also back with bottles of hand-crafted sauces for purchase.
Dayboat Mignonette: Whiskey vinegar, peppercorns, aromatics
Tropic like it’s Hot: Habanero, pineapple & mango hot sauce.
Then wash it all down with an OYSTER STOUT! SEA OF COMPANIONS is an 8% oyster stout made with heaps of Ana’s oysters! This full bodied, silky smooth stout has salted-chocolate notes which complement the brine of these fresh bi-valves.
