A good pilsner is a thing of beauty…a unicorn…those tight pants that fit…just right. Well, we’re not great at brewing pilsners, so we decided to do one our way and create a pseudo pilsner, a.k.a a Carolina Boat Beer. And who better to brew a beer for, than our good friends at HELLO, SAILOR! This cool-fermented ale is crisp and light with a hint of floral and more than a touch pilsner-ish. It’s not your dad’s blue ribbon and he’ll thank ya for it.
