We went for that same balance in our newest version of Susie, balancing delicate floral notes with a deep, subtle undertone of honey and it’s delicate aromatics. This light, effervescent beer celebrates the hive and the strong and powerful women in our everyday lives.IT’S LOCAL: 88% locally sourced ingredients. We used avocado honey, calendula flowers and assorted foraged flowers. Carolina grains of pilsner from @carolinamalthouse and raw wheat from @FarmandSparrow. Hopped with Columbus, Barbe Rouge, Saaz and a Collaboration with Pink Boots and The National Honey Board.
